Monthly Guests

We do have spots for monthly guests. 

 

The current rate is $800 plus electrical.  This rate includes:

• 1 RV

• 1 vehicle

• 2 Adults

• 2 children

• 2 pets

Additional Monthly Fees:

• $10 extra Adult - max 4

• $10 extra Child - max 4

• $ 5 extra Pet - max 4

• $10 Pet fencing rental

If your vehicle is over 5 years old it will require manager approval.  Any fencing put up by the guest will also require manager approval.
