Refund Policy

NO REFUNDS;
No shows, Late arrivals, Unruly or ejected campers, early departures or unused days, outages, failure of equipment, necessary closures or upgrades of any park amenities, or discomforts of nature, such as inclement weather, wet site conditions due to rain or snow, natural pests, or naturally occurring conditions.

LATE ARRIVALS

There is a night registration area to the right of the front door.

If you have a reservation and arrive after the office has closed, we will have a site map with your name
in an envelope in it.
If you do not have a reservation you will find envelopes for the sites available in the different site types. Please fill out the registration envelope and enter your credit card information or put the cash in the envelope provided. Then put the envelope in the slot. You can also give us a call 720-762-7332 for assistance.

WIFI

For the convenience of our guests, we have Wi-Fi in the park. The code will be on your park map.

CHECK- IN/CHECK OUT times

All Sites and Cabins: Check in at 2:00 pm and check out at 11:00 am Mountain Time.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the campground before the deadlines below to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $20 administrative cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations will not be accepted.

Cancellation Deadlines:

RV & Tent Sites: You must give 7 days cancellation notice. Call the campground by 4 p.m., seven days before your scheduled arrival.
Lodging & Accommodations: You must give 14 days cancellation notice. Call the campground that you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., fourteen days before your scheduled arrival.

Quiet Hours

Many travelers come in tired from some extensive windshield time and would like to get some peaceful rest and maybe some sleep. Therefore, our quiet time here at the park is from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am Mountain Time. The locusts singing may be the last sound you hear when you drift off to sleep.

Pet Policy

We know how much you love your pets and have a dog park for them. Please pick up after them and keep them on a leash at all times. We do not allow any pets in the buildings or in the cabins. Please note that Pit Bulls are not permitted. If an animal is aggressive or offensive, you will be asked to put it in your RV or possibly leave the park. You must be able to show your pet's vaccinations upon request. The safety of our guests is foremost!

Firewood

We sell firewood for your camp site/fire pit. It can be purchased in the General Store/Office. Please DO NOT bring firewood to the camp because of diseases. Thank you.

Directions

We are located 65 miles East of Denver on I-70. Exit 361. Go South and the turn for the park is just after the shell station between the Wind City office building and a restaurant.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover cards for payments.

Visitor Policy

Day visitors are welcome. There is a $5.00 visitor fee (adult and children) per day from 8.00 a.m. until 9:00 pm. Visitors must leave by 9:00 p.m. All visitors must register at the office before entering the campground.

Laundry Room

We have an on-site laundromat open 24/7 for guests.
